He is widely regarded as a trusted partner to operators, regulators, manufacturers, and tribal leadership across Indian Country.

        As Chief Business Development Officer at Eclipse Gaming Systems, Russell led key initiatives including the launch of the company’s first custom gaming cabinet, the development of Class II electronic table games in partnership with Interblock, and Eclipse’s first third-party content agreement with Bold Bet Gaming. This collaboration produced the successful “Pop” game series, with Chicken Pop earning national recognition on The Eilers Report.

        Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at PariMAX and Director of Central Determinate Gaming at Incredible Technologies, where he focused on system development, market expansion, and emerging opportunities in Tribal gaming.

Russell is also a recognized voice in gaming regulation, having served as a technical consultant to the National Indian Gaming Commission and a contributor to Class II Technical Standards.
